Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
Domestic Shipping – United States
We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping is available on all orders.
- Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders of $150 or more. No coupon code is required.
- Shipping rates for orders under $150 are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
- Estimated delivery time after shipment: 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Hexa Peptides is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order and destination. Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on reliability, speed, and cost. The carrier used will be noted in your shipping confirmation email.
Packaging
All compounds are shipped in protective, temperature-appropriate packaging to maintain compound integrity during transit. We take care to ensure products are securely packaged to withstand standard shipping conditions.
Orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging for discretion. No product names or company branding appear on the outside of the package.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system after you receive your shipping confirmation.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier website using the tracking number provided.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you at the email address on file to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
Hexa Peptides is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier error or circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost or has not moved for an unusual amount of time, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, contact us at In**@*****ep.com and we will assist where we can.
Research Use Shipping Notice
All compounds shipped by Hexa Peptides are for in vitro laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use. By placing an order the buyer confirms that all items will be used exclusively for lawful scientific research purposes in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
