1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on hexapep.com you agree to these Terms of Sale in full. If you do not agree with these terms, do not place an order. These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through hexapep.com and govern the relationship between Hexa Peptides and the buyer.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by Hexa Peptides are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research use. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, are not intended for therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical application, and must not be administered to humans or animals under any circumstances.

By placing an order the buyer represents and warrants that they are a qualified research professional and that all products will be used solely for lawful scientific research purposes. Hexa Peptides bears no liability for any misuse of its products.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order on hexapep.com. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders from anyone we have reason to believe does not meet this requirement or intends to misuse our products.

4. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing listed on hexapep.com are accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to correct any errors in product listings or pricing at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error is identified on an order you have already placed, we will contact you before processing payment to advise you of the correct price.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices on hexapep.com are listed in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed. We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting your payment information and completing an order you authorize Hexa Peptides to charge the full order amount to the payment method provided.

6. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected misuse, or payment issues. In the event of cancellation a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, carriers, packaging, and delivery estimates. Hexa Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or customs processing.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds and the critical importance of maintaining an unbroken chain of custody, all sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at In**@*****ep.com with a written description and a clear photograph of the issue. We will review each case individually and work to reach a fair resolution, which may include replacement or a partial or full refund at our discretion.

9. Certificates of Analysis

A Certificate of Analysis reflecting independent third-party laboratory testing is available for every compound and batch we supply. COA documents are published on the COAs page of our website. COA results reflect the specific batch indicated on the document and should be reviewed and verified by the buyer upon receipt of their order. Hexa Peptides retains records of all COA documentation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hexa Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our maximum total liability to any buyer in connection with any single order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that order.

11. Compliance

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the purchase, importation, receipt, possession, storage, and use of our products complies fully with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. Hexa Peptides makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of its products in any jurisdiction outside the United States. By placing an order you confirm that you have verified compliance with all laws applicable to your location and intended use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Sale or any purchase made through hexapep.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Ohio.

13. Changes to These Terms

Hexa Peptides reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes take effect immediately upon publication to hexapep.com. Your continued use of the site or placement of an order after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
